The “Money Found In Ikoyi Apartment Is Not Mine” –Says Ex NNPC MD, Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue


Ex NNPC MD Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue, Has said that the money recovered by EFCC in Osborne Towers, Osborne Road, Ikoyi Lagos, isn’t hers.

The huge money in different currencies recovered from an apartment in Osborne Towers, Osborne Road, Ikoyi Lagos, Lagos State is not owned by Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue, a former Managing Director in NNPC.

Emeka Etiaba, the lawyer to Nnamdi-Ogbue, in a statement on Thursday, debunked after the news made the round associating his client with the money.

The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday raided the Osborne Tower where the money in various currencies was recovered.

The money included $43,400,000.00 , N23,200,000.00 and £27,800.00.

He said that the money and the apartment where the sums of money were found do not belong to his client.
